国力综合评估中的几个问题

Abstract To deal with the questions in synthetical judgment on national power today, the author put forward some new ideas and concrete methods in selec-ting basic elements of national power, quantificating qualititive target and constructing target of synthetical national power, At the end of the paper, the author made an experiment of synthetical judgment on national with the situation of some nations and achieved a few of valuable conclusions.
